Any ideas on how to guide traffic through the site? Bearing in mind we have active storytellers participating in a workshop... AND I'm trying to encourage everyone else to participate (sometimes in the same activities) in a 'supportive' role. My feeling is, perhaps there are too many places where people are being invited to participate?

What are your thoughts?

Perhaps the central area on the homepage where the videos are displayed should be used as a more visual signpost of call to action to guide people?

Mmm... sounds a bit like exactly what we were talking about for our animated tree? Or were you thinking something a bit more temporary (something I can do?). In any case will be interesting once we get through the settling in period to gauge people's feedback again...
