tell your story - change the world!

While growing up the Catholic Church was my moral compass and, later, the Woodstock era was like a magnet for me. It doesn't matter how or when I became HIV positive… because I'm still the same person.

Great story and very inspiring! When I was 17 I did some volunteer training with ACSA and a large project on HIV for school (thesis, public presentation). It is so great to see your story and know it is being shared out there to inspire others and break down stereotypes. well done!

hi Katherine, thanks for this story. I reckon people like you sharing your experiences is a really great way for people to connect with the human realities, instead of just throwing around stereotypes.  I liked the way you were open about your own stuff without feeling the need to explain or justify anything - and I am inspired by the way you are using your own life story to connect with, support, and challenge others.

I love your story, Katherine. It's got a lot of sadness in it, but also a great deal of hope. I think you've covered the different eras and atmospheres really well with the sound and the images.

Really over the moon that we finally  have our digital stories out there. Being passionate about HIV awareness education & prevention I believe our stories can and will make a difference and hopefully challenge societal stereotypes for the better.

Please comment honestly on my story and I encourage you to share with others especially the people in your life that you care about..
